![]() It is already time for the new school year! One thing that I do at Tipton School is look out for the safety and health of our students. We want your child to be safe while at school! If your student/child has Asthma, Diabetes, food allergies, bee sting allergies, or takes a medication during the day, please come see me in the Student Health Office. We will go over these issues together and I will give you the proper forms to be filled out. Communication with these issues are very important. Asthma inhalers do need to be kept with the asthmatic student if age appropriate, but a permission slip must be on file for the current school year. Also, remember immunizations must be current! If your child needs a prescription or over-the-counter medication on a daily or as needed basis, please bring the bottle to the Health Office. Please make sure the medicine is in original container with name and directions. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate. You may call myself, Mrs. Mains at 667-5268. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year! |
